They're Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) cameras. Typically aimed at corporates they're also referred to as "conference cameras". Much more expensive than the consumer webcams, but with bigger lenses etc the picture quality is usually better.

Try googling for that and you'll come across reviews. Logitech PTZs seem popular here.

Personally, got an OBSBOT 4K Tiny that's a lot of fun! Still consumer grade, but comes with auto tracking and optional remote. Definitely made my last C2C session more fun!
