Technical Support: Why it's so difficult to add credits ?
Hello .
Lot of times it's impossible to add credits in my account . The site not agree to add credits even if all is Okey with my bank connexion and all alright with my CB card .

We know discretion is important to many of our customers. Our authorized sales agencies will usually appear on your statement as either: VS.COM, VS1.COM, VS2.COM, VS3.COM, VS4.COM, VS5.COM, EPOCH.COM, CCBILL.COM, SEGPAYUS.COM, 800-685-9236.
Due to the adult nature of the business and our discrete billing, sometimes banks need additional authorization. Typically, if you contact the bank and let them know you're making a discrete online purchase, they will allow the next transaction attempt to go through.

Only time I've had a problem,. I was rejected by my bank because my zip code was wrong and my bank verified the charge and rejected it due to wrong zip code..

Only time I've had a problem,. I was rejected by my bank because my zip code was wrong and my bank verified the charge and rejected it due to wrong zip code..

It depends on your bank's verification process, I had mine set to verify any online transactions over $100 USD and when I moved I forgot to change zip code on F4F account so when I tried to make purchase over $100 it was rejected because zip code didn't match bank records. I corrected zip on F4F account and no issues since.👍👌
